Alice came to me ... asking for an advice.
... trying to understand if she should still be friend with Maddy.
Somehow ... being little bit furious ... and nervous.
But ... still trying to smile.
Saying ...

You see ... i used to know that they really are good friends …
but Alice started to be annoyed of many situations.
Somehow all was changed.
And ... she disliked it.
Annoyed in fact ... that Maddy changed.
So ... what the hell was going on?!
Well ...
I've allowed Alice to speak ... and give me ... all those details.
Not saying... a word.
Just listening.
Smiling.
But ... deep inside myself ... I've realised that this is the dynamic of many relationships.
Any type of relationship.
Unfortunately.
But ... i also knew that Alice and Maddy were very similar.
Extremely.
They had the same ... hobbies.
They even liked ... the same profiles of men.
Had same style.
So ... their relationship got crazy ... in the moment when other energies became dominant into their relationship.
Alice ... not being able anymore to influence all.
Seeing all with detachment ... i could see all as ... normality.
But ... of course that the girls had a totally different perspective.
Asking my advice ... but ignoring anything i would say.
Fortunately or unfortunately ... we are surrounded by all sorts of influences.
All happening like this ... on and on and on.
And ... we lose control.
The dynamic of relationships change.
Sometimes ... even everyday.
Even if it is with the parent ... any other family member ... the lover ... the kid.
Anyone.
So ... maybe we should just be more detached.
Smile in front of ... the influences.
Or ... changes.
Accept all.
And ... the moment when we become aware that we can't synchronise anymore ... just disconnect.
See all ... as a clear sign ... that it is the time to accept ... the relationship came to an end ... or became irrelevant ... and we should not invest time anymore ... into it.
